I am a curious strategist and committed leader, with a proven track record of delivering innovation, income and transformation. I have over twenty years’ experience of leading high performing digital design, product and strategy teams, and working as a senior strategic consultant advising high profile corporate clients, government departments and non-profit organisations in culture, charity and education.
After years at Fabrique leading complex digital transformations (Parliament, Aegon, D-reizen) and the agency’s international expansion (the Design Museum, Tate, Edinburgh International Festival, Boutique des Musées) and 4 years at Deeson/TPXimpact building a thriving, multidisciplinary Strategy and Consulting team in an organisation in flux – I moved to consultancy.
I have worked with cultural organisations, universities, membership organisations and charities in the UK, Netherlands and France. I help clients with digital strategy, roadmaps, organisational advice and brand development and communication planning. I combine user research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and benchmarking in discoveries which lead to smooth procurement and delivery of webs, apps, and even exhibitions.
Previous colleagues and clients describe me as an analytical thinker and creative problem solver, who with little context finds his way, and easily builds trusted relationships, while team members valued how I enabled their growth.
